Player Picture Day

Player Picture Day is a league-hosted, on-site photo experience designed to give athletes a professional, commemorative portrait in their game uniform.

This is a quick, organized photo day where athletes are guided through pose options and photographed individually. Each player selects one pose from the available options at check-in or may bring a simple pose idea of their own.

Sessions are managed on site in real time to keep the flow moving efficiently while ensuring every athlete receives a strong, polished image they can be proud of.

Team Media Day

Promotional Portraits for Teams & Programs


Team Media Day is a more in-depth photography experience designed for teams and organizations that want elevated imagery for promotion, branding, and game-day content.

This session allows athletes more time in front of the camera to create multiple strong poses that can be used throughout the season. Athletes gather as a group and support each other and is a fun bonding activity. Media day special effects include standard specialty lighting, fog or water spray (as allowed by the facility) and creative posing ideas. Media Day imagery is ideal for social media graphics, announcements, and team marketing.

Lighting and setup remain consistent throughout the session to ensure a cohesive look across all athletes.

Team Media Day Includes

  • Choice of two professionally posed individual images per athlete
  • One team group photo (or a 3rd individual)
  • Two custom social media composite design using 2-3 individual poses
  • Digital delivery

Pricing

  • 5 athletes — $150 per athlete
  • 6 athletes — $125 per athlete
  • 10+ athletes — $75 per athlete
