Player Picture Day


Queen City Flag Football is excited to welcome families to Player Picture Day, offered in partnership with Dawn Marie Photography 716.

As the league continues to grow, Queen City is proud to collaborate to provide professional photography experiences for its athletes. Player Picture Day is designed to document each player’s journey in uniform while laying the foundation for the travel team to participate in future creative offerings, including Team Media Days.


Player Picture Day Details

$45 per player includes:

  • Individual player portrait session
  • One selected pose delivered as a high-resolution digital image
  • Multiple poses captured as time allows
  • Signature Queen City styling with gold and purple accents
  • Digital delivery suitable for printing and social media

Additional digital images will be available for optional purchase.


Image Delivery

A professional check-in and image delivery system will be used to ensure a smooth and organized experience.

Once checked in, families will be connected to the system used to deliver final images.


A Note About Queen City Football Club's upcoming Media Day vs. Player Picture Day

Player Picture Day focuses on individual athlete portraits with a signature Queen City look.

Media Day is for travel team players only. Travel players participating in Media Day will have access to additional creative concepts and expanded imagery. Travel athletes are encouraged to participate in both League Picture Day and Travel Media Day, as each serves a different purpose for the players and the organization.

Advance booking and payment are required. Spots are limited and must be reserved ahead of time.


IMPORTANT: This is a spot reservation system only. Selecting a time block does not mean your player will be photographed at that exact time. All players will be photographed during the league’s event window in the order they check in. Pose options will be available below and at check-in; players may bring Pinterest or pose ideas if they wish.


Photos will be taken efficiently — about 1 minute per player — to keep the event moving smoothly.


This system allows us to photograph all players efficiently and safely, while providing professional, commemorative portraits in uniform. Player photos will be taken on-site during the league’s scheduled event window (beginning 45 minutes before game time).

Do not expect to select a time for your player – the system will only let you choose a time block to secure your spot.

Players should arrive fully dressed in uniform, ready to be photographed based on the time they check in at the photography station..
